Sammy Watkins (foot) not practicing again Thursday
The Chiefs’ WR2 essentially missed Week 11’s shootout against the Rams and the fact that he’s now missed two practices in a row after a bye makes it unlikely he’ll play Sunday. The Chiefs are massive favorites against the Raiders so Watkins is likely not needed anyways. This should allow Chris Conley to see a meaningful role again after going 7-74 and scoring 2 touchdowns in the aforementioned shootout.

Trubisky isn’t going to play this week. Expect Chase Daniel to make another start after proving to be competent against the Lions in Week 12. The Bears take on the Giants who are ranked bottom 5 in pass defense DVOA but the Bears may implement a run-heavy game plan as the Giants can be just as easily beaten on the ground.
As reported by: J.J. Stankevitz Other tagged players: Chase DanielRB Kerryon Johnson (knee) not practicing again Thursday
Johnson will miss another week after recently taking the lead back reins. In his absence last game, LeGarrette Blount had over 100 total yards on 20 touches and while Theo Riddick caught 7 passes. Expect both to be heavily involved again on Sunday, with Riddick potentially seeing more snaps than Blount this time around given gamescript concerns against the Rams potent offense.
As reported by: Tim Twentyman Other tagged players: Theo Riddick, LeGarrette BlountRBs Gus Edwards (ankle) and Alex Collins (foot) return to practice Thursday
Edwards reportedly looked like his usual self today with no limitations so he’ll be all systems go on Sunday. However, Collins’ return could cut into the workload of Edwards who’s emerged as the Ravens’ new lead back. It’s also possible Collins barely sees the field as the rookie back has been impressive with over 100 rushing yards in each of the past 2 games. It’s a dream matchup against the Falcons’ bottom of the barrel run defense so Edwards should certainly remain in tournament consideration.

Lamar Jackson is still expected to start again in Week 13 where he’ll be 3 for 3 on friendly matchups so far this year as the Falcons ranked last in the league in defensive DVOA. However, Week 14 might present a real QB controversy if the veteran QB is back to full health.
As reported by: Ian Rapoport Other tagged players: Lamar JacksonWR Danny Amendola (knee) not practicing again on Thursday
Wideout Isaiah Ford was promoted from the practice squad yesterday so the veteran receiver seems unlikely to play this week after suffering a knee injury in Week 12’s late loss to the Colts. He leads the Dolphins in targets and would leave more opportunity to the likes of Kenny Stills and DeVanter Parker. However, they face a Bills team boasting one of the top pass defenses in the league.

Despite Bears QB Mitch Trubisky (shoulder) returning to practice yesterday, the team is planning for him to sit this week in favor of Chase Daniel once again, sources say.
As reported by: Mike Garafolo TwitterGiants TE Evan Engram Doubtful This Week
Giants TE Evan Engram (hamstring) is unlikely to play in Sunday’s game vs. Bears. Engram has not practiced this week after tweaking his hamstring in pregame warm-ups last week.
As reported by: Pro Football ChaseDevin Funchess Back at Practice
Devin Funchess Back at Practice. We shall see if this means he is going to suit up this week or not. An active Funchess would be additional snaps and targets away from guys like DJ Moore and Curtis Samuels.
As reported by: Carolina PanthersCurtis Samuel (hamstring) Practicing Today.
CB Donte Jackson (quad) and WR Curtis Samuel (hamstring) are practicing today. Panthers could be at full strength in their WR corps for this big game vs Tampa Bay.
As reported by: Max Henson TwitterMitch Trubisky (shoulder) logs a limited practice Wednesday, Adam Shaheen practices in full for the Bears
Mitch Trubisky (shoulder) was able to log a limited practice Wednesday, while Adam Shaheen practiced in full for the Bears. Despite reports early in the day suggesting it was unlikely Trubisky would practice Wednesday, the Bears QB was able to participate on a limited basis, which bodes well for his ability to start under center this Sunday against the Giants. If Trubisky were unable to go, Chase Daniel would see another start at QB for Chicago. Shaheen appears on track to play Week 13 as well, after missing Week 12 due to a concussion. Keep an eye on Trubisky’s status heading into the weekend to ensure he continues to ramp up his practice participation and is ultimately able to play on Sunday.

Tyrell Williams (quad) was able to log a limited practice Wednesday for the Chargers. For now it appears Williams is on track to suit up and see his normal workload for the team’s Week 13 Sunday night matchup with the Steelers. Williams makes for an interesting GPP play on any of the primetime slates due to his big play ability in a game with shootout potential.
Tajae Sharpe (ankle) limited in practice Wednesday for the Titans, Taywan Taylor (foot) practices in full
Tajae Sharpe (ankle) was limited in practice Wednesday for the Titans, and Taywan Taylor (foot) practiced in full. Sharpe was active for the team’s Week 12 Monday night game with the Texans but did not log a single catch, while Taylor was sidelined for the third consecutive week. Taylor appears on track to make his return to the field for the team’s Week 13 matchup with the Jets, though neither player is particularly interesting from a DFS standpoint given their inconsistent usage even when healthy.
Other tagged players: Taywan TaylorMartavis Bryant (knee) not practicing Wednesday for the Raiders
Martavis Bryant (knee) did not practice Wednesday for the Raiders. Bryant has missed the team’s last two games due to the knee injury, and appears truly questionable to suit up for Week 13 as well. In Bryant’s absence the Raiders have spread the passing targets among the likes of Seth Roberts, Jared Cook and Marcell Ateman among others. No Raiders wideouts make for appealing plays this week against the Chiefs due to their inconsistent workloads and general offensive struggles.
Gus Edwards (ankle), Alex Collins (foot), and Joe Flacco (hip) all not practicing Wednesday for the Ravens
Gus Edwards (ankle), Alex Collins (foot), and Joe Flacco (hip) all didn’t practice Wednesday for the Ravens. Regarding Flacco, the team has reported that regardless of if he is ultimately active for Week 13 or not, it will be Lamar Jackson starting under center. Collins missed this past week due to his foot injury and it appears to be lingering enough that his status for this week is in question as well. Gus Edwards was the starting RB in Collins’s absence, but now has picked up an ankle injury of his own. In the event neither player could suit up, Buck Allen and Ty Montgomery would split running back duties. While it seems unlikely that both players would miss Week 13, keep an eye on their practice statuses heading into the weekend to get a better feel for who will be available.
