WR Will Fuller (hamstring) back at practice Wednesday
The Texans’ WR2 now looks on track to play Sunday night where he’ll take on a Cowboys defense that has excelled at limiting the big pass plays, a staple of Fuller’s game. However, he’s still seeing nearly 25% of the target share this season and, if healthy, should find ways to produce attached to a 25 point team total this week.
As reported by: Aaron ReissWR's Jarvis Landry (knee) and Antonio Callaway (knee) not practicing Wednesday
The wideouts were on bikes today instead of practicing, but both are expected back to play this week where they’ll resume WR1 and WR2 duties. Both saw at least 9 targets in Sunday’s overtime loss against the Raiders though those didn’t result in a lot of production and the Ravens pose a tougher matchup this week with CB Jimmy Smith back in the fold.
As reported by: Mary Kay Cabot Other tagged players: Antonio CallawayRB Joe Mixon (knee) in full pads at Wednesday's practice; Expected to play in Week 5
Mixon practiced for the first time since Week 2 and Head Coach Marvin Lewis seemed fairly confident the second-year back would play this week. Their Week 5 opponent, Miami, got throttled by the Patriots backs last week after losing some key pieces on their defensive line. Attached to a 7-point home favorite, gamescript sets up well for Mixon assuming he gets a full workload in his first game back which is far from a guarantee, especially given how serviceable Giovanni Bernard has been in his absence.

The veteran back didn’t practice on Wednesday but still has time to get cleared for Monday night’s matchup against his former team. Regardless of whether Peterson plays or not, Monday night’s game sets up better for fellow third-down and pass-catching back Chris Thompson with the Redskins being 7-point underdogs to the Saints in the Superdome.
As reported by: John Keim Other tagged players: Chris ThompsonRB's Darren Sproles (hamstring) and Corey Clement (quad) not practicing Wednesday
Both running backs should be considered questionable for Week 5 against the Vikings. Jay Ajayi and Wendell Smallwood nearly split snaps down the middle in Week 4, with Ajayi severely out touching Smallwood. You can expect a similar distribution on Sunday where the Eagles come in as 3-point home favorites, setting up promising gameflow for Ajayi at only $6,300 on FanDuel and $5,100 on DraftKings. If Sproles and Clement play, then the entire backfield should likely be avoided again.
As reported by: Jeff McLane Other tagged players: Corey Clement, Jay Ajayi, Wendell SmallwoodWR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) will practice Wednesday
This is a good sign that the Chiefs’ WR2 will play in Week 5 after pulling his hamstring in the first half of Monday night’s game. The Kansas City offense has arguably it’s biggest test of the season on a short week facing a ferocious Jaguars defense. Even if Watkins plays, he should probably be avoided at a price that isn’t depressed enough for the matchup.
As reported by: B.J. KisselJoe Mixon not Practicing but Adamant about Playing in 2 Weeks
Joe Mixon says not cleared yet this week but hopes to be. He will “for sure” play against Pittsburgh, though. We could have 1 more week of Gio Bernard before Mixon returns.
As reported by: Paul Dehner Jr. TwitterCobb not Practicing, Allison in Concussion Protocol
McCarthy: Cobb is with the rehab group (no practice) and Allison is still in the concussion protocol. This could be a very interesting development for DFS purposes. If both guys sit out this week then we could have some major value open up at WR for Green Bay
As reported by: Rob Demovsky TwitterDeVante Parker Practicing in Limited Capacity
DeVante Parker is dressed for practice with a wrap on his right leg. The Dolphins are a mess to figure out for DFS. If Parker is active, all of them should be treated as GPP only.
As reported by: Adam Beasley TwitterGiants WR Sterling Shepard will rest a few days after minor procedure
Giants WR Sterling Shepard will rest a few days after minor procedure. Nothing major. Juts a small cyst removed from his back. This will impact his practice time but not his availability for any games. With Evan Engram out, Shepard remains a solid value play at WR as long as the salary remains low.
As reported by: Pat Leonard TwitterFournette Out For Week 5
As suspected all along. TJ Yeldon moves to the top of the list for value RB’s this week in an exquisite match-up against Kansas City.
Yeldon Expected to Practice, Fournette Not
Ian Rapoport calls Fournette “a long shot to play”. This is shaping up for a TJ Yeldon chalk week in a nice match-up versus Kansas City
As reported by: Ian Rapoport TwitterGrady Jarrett Will be OUT on Sunday Against Pittsburgh.
Wow. The injuries just keep mounting up for the Falcons defense. Jarrett will be the 4th defensive starter for the Falcons not playing in this game. Jarrett is a solid defensive lineman that has graded highly this year. He has been credited with 11 QB Hurries thus far in 2018. Look for Big Ben and this Steelers offense to have a field day Sunday.
As reported by: Falcons Radio on TwitterFalcons RB Devonta Freeman Could Return Against Steelers
This would put monkey wrench onto the Tevin Coleman love we have had over the last few weeks. Both players would be very risky starts against the Steelers if both are active Sunday.
As reported by: D Orlando LedbetterSneaky Upside in This Matchup
The Rams are a very good team. Doug Baldwin is not operating at 100%. The Seahawks look relatively abysmal offensively and don’t have a strong offensive line. All the obvious signs would point to simply ignoring their offense in this spot, and it’s no surprise that we have Baldwin pegged at 1-2% ownership. However, the Rams’ secondary showed some leaks sans Aqib Talib last week against the Vikings, and Marcus Peters clearly isn’t 100%. The Seahawks will likely fall behind in this game and will have to throw the ball plenty, and Baldwin is the only reliable receiving option on this team. He’s very cheap and makes for a very strong tournament target in Week 5.
