What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8
- Favored Team – CIN -130
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Wade Miley has been bad at home but he has only made 3 starts there so the numbers might be a little deceptive. He has been a 3.36 pitcher so far in June and so I do not expect him to get hammered today but I do not expect him to get the win either. CIN is batting .245 on the road, .250 versus left-handers, and .226 over the last 7 days. They rank 8th in runs scored and have recorded the 8th most Ks. Start-ability 4
- Away Johnny Cueto only threw 88 pitches in his return from a shoulder injury. Unlike Strasburg, I think the Reds will allow him to pitch a normal amount of innings today. Why? Cueto is not injury prone and Dusty Baker is old school and he expects his players to play through injuries. His Ks are a little low but certainly playable. ARI is batting .264 on the road, .265 versus right-handers, and .180 over the last 7 days. They rank 15th in runs scored and have recorded the 11th fewest Ks. Start-ability 6
Batter Grind Down
- Home ARI owns a .282 BAA versus Cueto so there are positive BvPs to be had. They are slumping and catch a tough pitcher on the road so I will take a pass on them today because of their price. Stack-ability 2
- Away Miley is allowing lefties to bat .316 versus him on the season so do not worry about playing Votto, Choo, or Bruce. Jay Bruce has been red hot with 29.5 fp over the last week and has a decent .274 batting average versus left-handers. Brandon Phillips is batting .300 versus left-handers. Todd Frazier also makes a nice play. Stack-abilty 6

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7.5
- Favored Team – LAA -157
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Jered Weaver has been a disappointment on the year. When pitching well he can be a daily fantasy force. He is not pitching well right now. PIT is a team that can boost a starting pitcher’s fantasy numbers but I think that Weaver is more likely to help them today than they are to help him. PIT is batting .229 on the road, .242 versus right-handers, and .222 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 5
- Away Gerrit Cole has been limited to 80 pitches in his first 2 starts. When he had a near-bottom salary that was okay, but after 2 good starts his price has gone up and that is no longer acceptable. 3 Ks in 12 IP will not get it done in the fantasy world and he is the big dog today versus a tough home team. LAA is batting .288 at home, .282 versus right-handers, and .351 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 2

h3. Batter Grind Down
- Home Mike Trout, Peter Bourjos, Albert Pujols, and Mark Trumbo have all been hot. LAA is hot right now so consider everyone playable. Stack-ability 5
- Away Russell Martin is 8-27 with 1 HR versus Weaver. he has also been hot with 21.25 fp over the last week. Pedro Alvarez has also been hot with 26 fp. Stack-ability 4

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 6.5
- Favored Team – LAD -160
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Clayton Richard came out and threw a really good game last time out versus ARI giving up only 1 ER in 8 IP. It was a little bit of an anomaly since he surrender 7 hits and 4 of those fly balls where caught on the warning track. He gets you absolutely nothing in the way of Ks and has surrendered 13 HRs in 10 starts. Even after that start, his ERA is a dismal 7.01. Oh and he is facing the best pitcher in the National League today. LAD is batting .256 on the road, .267 versus left-handers, and .268 over the last 7 days. They rank 29th in runs scored and have recorded the 5th fewest Ks. Start-ability 1
- Away Usually the only thing you have to worry about with Clayton Kershaw is whether or not his team will score him any runs. See above. He is an absolute lock tonight. Just look at his numbers. Back to Back Cy Young awards are coming his way. SDG is batting .243 at home, .253 versus left-handers, and .241 over the last 7 days. They rank 15th in runs scored and have recorded the 8th most Ks. Start-ability 9
Batter Grind Down
- Home If you are playing the fade then Kyle Blanks has been hot and is batting .306 versus left-handers. Stack ability 1
- Away Yasiel Puig is hot with 27 fp over the last 7 days and is batting .550 versus left-handers . Hanley Ramirez is producing as well and is 9-12 versus Richards. LAD as a team has a .332 BAA versus him so consider everyone playable. Both Crawford and Gonzalez are batting over .300 versus left-handed pitching so do not worry about the lefty/lefty matchup. Stack-ability 7

OAK vs R | OAK BvP | SEA vs R | SEA BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 6.5
- Favored Team – Pick’em
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Hisashi Iwakuma might be the most underrated player in baseball. His 0.92 home ERA is the best in the American League and he has 46 Ks in 48.2 IP of work at home. He catches a tough OAK team that is batting .253 on the road, .247 versus right-handers, and .252 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 8
- Away It is pretty obvious that Bartolo Colon juiced over the off season. I expect for his numbers to jump drastically now that the chemicals have exited his body. He draws a great matchup today in SEA if you think he can keep up the pace. SEA is batting .245 at home, .238 versus right-handers, and .230 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 4
Batter Grind Down
- Home Raul Ibanez has the best BvPs versus Colon but there are nice numbers by a few players. Kyle Seager is hot again and hitting .329 versus right-handers.
- Away Yoenis Cespedes is 5-12 with 2 HRs versus Iwakuma. Brandon Moss, Seth Smith, and Chris Young have all been hot over the past 7 days

MIA vs R | MIA BvP | SFG vs R | SFG BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 6.5
- Favored Team – SFO -160
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Tim Lincecum let me down last time he pitched. He only recorded 3 KS versus ATL and his poor showing cost me a DFBC seat so I am not going to recommend him today. Wrong! Alright, I got a little overzealous recommending him on the road against a pretty potent offense but he draws MIA today at home where he is holding hitters to a .217 batting average. The Ks are there for Lincecum so the potential for a big game is there as well. MIA is batting .228 on the road, .235 versus right-handers, and .233 over the last 7 days. They rank 30th in runs scored and have recorded the 6th fewest Ks. Start-ability 7
- Away If Ricky Nolasco can hold the potent STL offense to 1 ER in 7 IP in his last start what do you think SFO chances are today? The 30 year old is enjoying a career year and has only surrendered more than 3 ER in 4 of his 15 starts. Normally, you think he is not playable because of his team, but MIA has been producing since Stanton’s return and Lincecum is volatile so there is a good percentage chance that he gets the win today. I love him on a multiple pitcher site but he is playable in a single pitcher format also. SFO is batting .277 at home, .268 versus right-handers, and .294 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 5
Batter Grind Down
- Home Hunter Pence is 6-24 with 4 HRs versus Nolasco. Buster Posey is 5-13, Andres Torres is 5-14 and Gregor Blanco is 5-12 versus him as well. Blanco and Posey are hot. Each with over 20 fp in the last 7 days. Marco Scutaro is batting .337 versus right-handed pitching. Stack-ability 4
- Away Giancario Stanton is super hot with 3 HRs over the last 7 days and 31.75 fp. Lincecum has been bad more often than not this year so consider everyone from MIA playable and a source of good value. Stack-ability 5

BOS vs R | BOS BvP | DET vs L | DET BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8.5
- Favored Team – DET -135
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home If you are looking for a ballsy play then Doug Fister is your man. He has been stelar at home and has the leagues best home offense behind him. He catches a tough draw in a BOS team that is high-risk since they rank 1st in the league in runs scored. However Fister also possesses high-reward since BOS has recorded the 3rd most Ks on the year. BOS is batting .255 on the road, .278 versus left-handers, and .210 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 7
- Away Jon Lester has a 5.25 road ERA and has been horrible over his last 3 starts. He faces the best home team in baseball. DET also has a .390 BAA versus him as a team so things do not look promising for Lester today. DET is batting .302 at home, .282 versus left-handers, and .278 over the last 7 days. Start-ability 4
Batter Grind Down
- Home Torii Hunter is 8-16 versus Lester, Jhonny Peralta is 6-22 with 2 HRs, Miguel Cabrera is 8-14, Victor Martinez is 5-8 with 1 HR and Brayan Pena is 4-11 versus him. Peralta, Austin Jackson and Miguel Cabrera have all been hot over the last 7 days. Miguel Cabrera and Johnny Peralta are both batting over .400 versus left-handers. Stack-ability 6
- Away David Ortiz is batting .352 versus right-handed pitching and is 5-16 versus Fister. Jarrod Saltalamacchia is 4-6 with HR versus him as well. Fister is allowing right-handers to hit .316 versus him so Dustin Pedroia and a hot Shane Victorino might be a nice option as well. Stack-abilty 4
