Kawhi Leonard in the league's concussion protocol, will not play Saturday
Leonard has been placed in the league’s concussion protocol and will miss at least Saturday’s game with the Wizards as a result. His night was cut short on Thursday – he was limited to 26 minutes as a result of the head injury – but he had been in great form prior to the injury and doesn’t figure to miss much time as a result. With Leonard off the floor this season, Pau Gasol sees a 7.3% bump in usage, which will make him an intriguing tournament target tomorrow night. LaMarcus Aldridge gets a 2.8% bump with Leonard off the floor, and he’ll be a strong across the board option in a game that should stay competitive throughout.

Gerald Henderson does not practice on Friday; status to be determined for weekend back-to-back games
It was just a maintenance day off for the Philadelphia veteran guard but the team could still give him a day off on one of their two games this weekend. We’ll update you when we learn more tomorrow.

Nicolas Batum will play on Friday
Batum was listed as probable coming into today, so this isn’t at all surprising. He should take on his normal role and sets up as an intriguing, low-owned GPP option at SG. Kemba Walker is still the top play on the Charlotte side, as averages an extra two FPPG at home and has performed better in Charlotte over the last few seasons.

Vucevic has been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Hornets. While he’s been on the shelf, it’s led to an uptick in production for multiple members of the Magic, most notably Elfrid Payton who has strung two straight triple-doubles. Evan Fournier, Aaron Gordon, and Bismack Biyombo also benefit from his absence. Biyombo will draw the start at center in place once again and has played at least 34 minutes in each of the past three games sans Vucevic. The aforementioned Biyombo has seen his price tag across the industry come up drastically, so he is no longer the stone-cold lock in all formats he was in recent days. However, he is still certainly in play in an exploitable individual matchup with Cody Zeller and the Charlotte frontcourt.

Parsons is expected back for the Grizzlies on Saturday after missing one game due to rest. He’ll figure to pick up between 19-23 minutes of court time, which isn’t quite enough to make him a viable DFS option. James Ennis played 18 minutes in Thursday’s game with Parsons on the shelf – he’d have likely been able to find more court time if it wasn’t for foul trouble – but he’s not even remotely in the DFS conversation with Parsons back. It’s possible Ennis falls back out of the rotation this weekend.

Mack hasn’t been a viable part of the Jazz rotation for some time while Hill and Favors both seem more doubtful than questionable to play tomorrow. We’ll update you on the status of those two tomorrow when more news comes in but Rodney Hood and Joe Johnson figure to be the biggest beneficiaries if those two do not play.

X-rays came back negative on Davis’s wrist after he left the teams last game early. He’s expected to be a full go tomorrow for their game against the Hornets.

The Nuggets forward missed the teams last game due to illness but is expected to play tonight for Denver when they face the Celtics. He’s a viable option tonight facing a team bottom 10 in SF DvP and his return will send Jauncho Hernangomez back to the bench.

Not huge news as Livingston has had a very limited role of late but he is out. Patrick McCaw and Ian Clark should both see a little extra playing time off of the bench.

Yesterday, Jokic’s status for tonight seemed in doubt as he was very weak but he seems to have made nice progress as he took part in the team shootaround this morning. His status for tonight is still very much up in the air but we’ll keep a close eye on the situation and update as soon as more news comes in. Mason Plumlee’s value would take an obvious hit if Jokic sits.

Anderson missed the Rockets last game and was considered questionable by their Head Coach yesterday but it appears as if he is set to play tonight against the Bulls. He’s a viable mid-range option facing a Chicago team that is 27th in PF DvP.

Noel is day-to-day according to Mavericks Head Coach Rick Carlisle but will miss tonight’s game against the hapless Brooklyn Nets. Dwight Powell and Salah Mejri benefit slightly from his absence but neither are viable DFS options.

The Magic center has missed the last three games but is closer to returning to action after doing individual workouts this morning. He’ll be a game-time decision. If he is unable to go, Bismack Biyombo will continue to start and be a viable DFS option after averaging a double-double in the three games Vucevic has missed. We’ll update later tonight when we learn more.

Rush hasn’t played since March 4th but will be available to play and will start tonight ahead of Shabazz Muhammad. He’s a viable punt option at minimum price on both sites facing the Warriors in what should be a relatively high scoring game.

Wade hasn’t played since March 4th but Bulls Head Coach Fred Hoiberg stated that he was good to go and would play tonight when they take on the Houston Rockets. It’s the game with the highest total of the night putting Wade in play as a DFS option even with some concerns about being limited in minutes. It’s a slight hit to the value of Jimmy Butler but he’s a viable DFS option as well given the match up.
