Johnny O'Bryant to start on Tuesday; Damien Inglis to the bench
Johnny O’Bryant will start at PF with Khris Middleton out of the lineup. Damien Inglis failed to make an impact in his last start and will return to the bench. Johnny O’Bryant is a risky fantasy option even with the starting nod. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker continue to be the elite options for the Bucks on Tuesday. The Cavs mentioned that LeBron James will start off guarding Antetokounmpo, likely putting Parker in a better spot against J.R. Smith.

Taj Gibson and E'Twaun Moore ruled out for Tuesday; Derrick Rose will play
Taj Gibson (ribs) and E’Twaun Moore (hamstring) have been ruled out of Tuesday’s tilt with the Grizzlies. Moore was starting in place of Derrick Rose who is expected to be back in the starting lineup. Bobby Portis will likely start again with Gibson out of the lineup. It is has not been confirmed as this time so there is a chance that Nikola Mirotic starts since he has been hot. Look for an update on the Bulls’ starters soon.

Wade has missed the past two games due to his neck and back injuries but is expected to start against the Pistons. With Wade questionable all day, he should see his ownership percentage remain low for an eleven-game slate. Wade has had two poor showings against the Pistons this season and should be considered a high-risk high-reward type of play. Gerald Green will go back to the bench with Wade returning, losing all of his DFS value.

Pau Gasol missed a bit of time with a knee injury, but he has been playing really well and has proven to be very consistent over the last month. He has had 40 DK points or more in seven of the Bulls’ last ten games, and with Taj Gibson doubtful for tonight’s game Gasol will have all the opportunity to reach that number again. The Grizzlies are really beat up, and while they are starting Zach Randolph and Chris Andersen in their front court there really isn’t anybody who can stop Gasol. Gasol is a great passer for a big man and he accrues stats in quite a few different categories which is key when we look for safety in cash games. Even if his shot isn’t falling he will still hopefully be able to pick up enough peripheral stats for us to still feel comfortable rostering him at the center position.
Nicolas Batum (knee) ruled out for Tuesday; Al Jefferson (quad) will play
Batum will miss Tuesday’s game after exiting Sunday’s game with a knee injury. There is no timetable for his return and his replacement has not been named at this time.We should have something soon with the Hornets playing in the second game of the night. Al Jefferson will be playing off the bench against the Raptors and is a low-end play. Jefferson’s return means Spencer Hawes will likely not see much time on the court. While Frank Kaminsky is used as the primary backup at PF. Marvin Williams has played over 30 minutes in four consecutive games, not leaving much time for Kaminsky to make an impact.

Tim Frazier will be starting alongside Toney Douglas after the best game of his career on Sunday. It is likely that he will be replacing Jordan Hamilton in the starting lineup but it has not been made official yet. Frazier is nice cash game option against the Sixers and will likely be heavily owned in tournaments as well. Omer Asik will come off the bench with Alexis Ajinca replacing him in the starting lineup. Ajinca had 32.7 DKFP on Sunday in 29 minutes and is expected to play over 24 minutes again. Ajinca is averaging 25.65 fantasy points over his last six games, making him a viable punt option in all formats.

Rudy Gay and Kosta Koufos will be resting against the Blazers on Tuesday. Omri Casspi (hamstring) and Marco Belinelli (foot) have been ruled out. DeMarcus Cousins is expected to return to the starting lineup and should be considered an elite option. Regardless of where Cousins starts, he should be able to dominate the Blazers frontcourt. The Blazers rank 28th in DvP vs. Cs and 19th in DvP vs. PFs. This also bumps Willie Cauley-Stein’s value with Kosta Koufos out of the lineup. Ben McLemore or James Anderson are expected to replace Rudy and Omri Casspi. McLemore started on Saturday and had 22.3 DKFP in 30 minutes. James Anderson played 23 minutes off the bench and had 28.6 DKFP. We don’t have an official confirmation at this time on who will replace Gay in the starting lineup. With the Kings playing on the west coast, there is a chance that we won’t know the starters before lineups lock on FanDuel.

Hollis Thompson missed Saturday’s game due to an illness and lost his starting spot. Robert Covington started in his place and had a subpar 19.5 fantasy points in 32 minutes. Covington will continue to start alongside Jerami Grant, who had a second consecutive good outing. Grant played 37 minutes and had 32.3 fantasy points against the Pacers on Saturday. Grant’s asking price has spiked to $5,100 on DraftKings but he is still a viable option in a game that Philly is actually favored to win.

The Cavs have been resting some of their players, including LeBron James, towards the end of the season as they have all but locked up a one or two seed in the East. This may be the reason he has been so productive lately as he has benefitted from a couple of games of rest. Kyrie Irving is questionable for their match-up with the Bucks tonight, but with a top seed locked up we doubt Irving risks further injury at this point in the year and it may be best to play it safe rather than sorry. Regardless of whether Irving plays or not, James is still an elite play at SF. However, if Irving is ruled out LeBron becomes close to a must-play in cash games. Looking at our RotoGrinders CourtIQ tool, over the past month LeBron is averaging a ridiculous 1.70 fantasy points per minute with Irving off the court and also boasts a usage rating of 37%. He is also averaging over 57 DK points per game in his last seven games. This is not someone that you would want to fade in cash games if Irving is out because his floor is enormous. He contributes so much on the offensive end that he draws fantasy points from so many different statistics, and keep in mind that even if Irving plays LeBron is a viable option at the regularly difficult SF position.

Elton Brand will be making his first start since April 12, 2015. Brand has been playing well of late but Nerlens Noel returning to the lineup will likely hurt his production. Carl Landry will no longer be a viable option with Brand starting and Noel playing 20 minutes. Landry did a great job in place of Noel and is only a viable option if there is another injury to the Sixers frontcourt.

Noel will be returning to the lineup after a six-game absence. Noel will be coming off the bench and will only play a maximum of 20 minutes. Elton Brand and Carl Landry are no longer relevant for DFS with all three players splitting the minutes at center. Noel’s ownership is expected to be low in a plus matchup with the Pelicans. His asking price of $6,700 makes Noel a high-risk low-reward move on Tuesday.

Williams is expected to miss his seventh consecutive game due to the injury. The Mavs are hosting the Rockets on Wednesday, a game that has major playoffs implications. J.J. Barea has played extremely well filling in for Williams. Barea is averaging 35.96 DraftKings fpts in his last six games, four of them have been starts. Expect Barea to start again on Wednesday with his asking price still slightly under his recent production. Raymond Felton is dealing with a groin injury and only played 18 minutes after missing one game due to the injury. If Felton continues to be limited, expect Barea to continue to have a huge role. Barea is expected to be heavily owned in a prime matchup but still presents a fair amount of upside at his $5,600 asking price on DraftKings.

The Heat cancelled today’s shootaround, so it’s very likely that we don’t have word on Wade’s status until shortly before tip-off. If he’s unable to go, Goran Dragic and Joe Johnson would both pick up considerable value. We’ll update the situation when we have more information.

Darrell Arthur doubtful to play tonight
Arthur has been downgraded to doubtful from questionable and after missing the Nuggets last game it appears likely that he will miss tonight as well. Kenneth Faried and Joffrey Lauvergne benefit the most but with Nuggets Head Coach Mike Malone’s inconsistent rotations it is hard to trust either except in GPP’s especially in a game they likely will be blown out in (against the Thunder). We’ll update you on Arthur’s official status later today when more info comes in.

Evan Turner will not play on Wednesday
Turner is still recovering from a left eye injury and will not play tomorrow according to Celtics Head Coach Brad Stevens. There is no huge beneficiary from this news but Avery Bradley, Jae Crowder, and Marcus Smart all see a slight uptick in value as a result.
