Stefon Diggs questionable for Thanksgiving Day
Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer is unsure of whether or not his #1 WR will play on Thursday and he’s questionable to play with his knee injury. If he can’t go it’s a bump for the likes of Adam Thielen and Cordarelle Patterson.

Darren Sproles and Ryan Mathews both miss practice
The two Eagles RB’s are considered day-to-day right now and are questionable to play on Monday Night against the Packers. Wendell Smallwood would get the bulk of the work if both of those two were unable to play. We’ll continue to monitor this situation as the week unfolds.

The Patriots are preparing as if their star TE will not take the field this week according to media reports. This means Martellus Bennett will be in line for another start but he’s a risky DFS option given how inconsistent his usage has been. He does have GPP upside however given the Patriots explosive offense.

Since returning from a thumb injury, Jennings has seen an increase in snap share each game. In Week 6, he was on the field for just 48% of New York’s offensive snaps. This past weekend, that number hit 70%, while backup Paul Perkins was in for the other 30%. Perkins had increased his snap share from 10% in Week 6 to 40% in Week 10, and while the Giants plan to use both backs in a committee of sorts, it seems like Jennings has firmly re-established himself as the main guy. Jennings out-touched Perkins 26 to 6 and out-gained him 129 to 35 in their Week 11 game against the Bears (he also added a touchdown for good measure). Prior to their game against the Bengals in Week 10, Jennings had averaged 2.4 ypc, but after two solid outings, he’s raised that rate by a full yard to 3.4 ypc. Fortunately for Jennings, the Giants play the Browns this coming Sunday. Big Blue are 7-point favorites against a defense that’s allowed the second-most rushing yards per game (143.9) and the second-most rushing touchdowns (13). This sets up perfectly for Jennings now that he’s a good bet for a 70-30 split; New York should feed him plenty of touches in a great spot. Even if the game flow goes against the Giants, Jennings should produce fantasy points. He had five receptions last week, and he’s averaged 3.4 catches since he returned to the lineup. Despite having two solid weeks in a row, Jennings will still be a bit sneaky, which makes him a great tournament option in Week 12.

Is Kirk Cousins elite?
Cousins torched the Packers on Sunday night for 375 yards and three touchdowns. He’s one of four quarterbacks to average over 300 passing yards per game this season. Even more impressive is that Cousins has the highest passer rating of any quarterback (107.9) since Week 7, 2015, which was the “you like that!” game. He’s thrown 40 touchdowns to just ten interceptions in that stretch, according to NFL Research. On Thanksgiving he’ll face a Dallas defense that ranks 25th is pass DVOA. In their first game this season, back in Week 2, Cousins threw for 364 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Dallas is allowing opposing quarterbacks a 99.3 passer rating on average, the sixth-worst mark in the league. Washington enters the game as 7-point underdogs, so Cousins should be throwing a lot. Over the course of his career, he averages about five more completions and 40 more yards on the road. The game’s total is set at an appealing 51 points. It’s a good spot to target Cousins, especially on the Thanksgiving Day slate.

This game opened with the highest total of the week at 54 points but has since dropped to 47. It was originally expected to be a close game, the Steelers were only favored by three points, but that too has had a dramatic shift; Pittsburgh are now 9-point favorites. Unfortunately, Andrew Luck is not expected to play, so this game may no longer be a fantasy goldmine. Since 2011, Ben averages just 15.12 fantasy points when favored by at least 7.0 points on the road, and his touchdown to interception ratio is 1:1.33. In the same situation, Le’Veon Bell averages 25.45 PPR points per game, although he only has a two-game sample size. Bell may be the highest owned player on the Thanksgiving Day slates.

Diggs (knee) was listed as limited yesterday and wasn’t at practice today, which makes him questionable for Thanksgiving. The Vikings face a Lions defense that allowed Diggs to catch 13 balls three weeks ago. If he’s healthy, he should see another high volume of targets. Recency bias may drive his ownership down as he was held to six receptions for 37 yards against the Cardinals in Week 11, but the Lions secondary is far worse. If he can’t go, Adam Thielen (5/65/1 against Cardinals) and Cordarrelle Patterson (4/53/0) would both become solid value options at receiver. Kyle Rudolph should get plenty of work whether Diggs plays or not, but would see an uptick if Diggs is out.

It seems like there’s a very good chance Cutler will miss the rest of the season after suffering the injury on his throwing shoulder. Without Cutler, Alshon Jeffery, and Zach Miller, Chicago will possibly become the worst offense in football. It’s a great team to target with the DST position. The Titans have the honor in Week 12; their defense will be a pretty popular play.

T.Y. Hilton told local media that the team was informed today that Luck would not play this Thursday and that Tolzien will be their starting QB. Tolzien is a value option, albeit an extremely risky one, for those playing the Turkey Day three game slate. The Steelers DST also becomes a viable play with the unproven Tolzien at the helm.

It appears unlikely that the Colts QB will play on Thanksgiving Day as he missed the teams last practice and is in the NFL concussion protocol. Scott Tolzien will get the start if Luck can’t go which would make the normally shaky Steelers DST a viable option.

Will Fuller is officially active for Monday night’s game with the Raiders. There aren’t any real surprises on either side, so proceed as normal. Amari Cooper, Latavius Murray and Sean Smith are all active for the Raiders. The Houston receivers are still probably best left alone for DFS purposes on the Mon-Thurs slate (spending up at RB is the recommended strategy), with Lamar Miller being a potential GPP target. On the Oakland side, Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree are both in play, as is Latavius Murray.

Andrew Luck is in the concussion protocol
It appears that Luck suffered a concussion at some point during the fourth quarter on Sunday, but didn’t experience symptoms until later in the night. His chances of playing in Week 12 are in serious doubt with the Colts scheduled to play the Steelers on Thanksgiving. It wouldn’t be wise to roster him on Monday-Thursday slates on sites where lineups lock tonight; it will be hard for him to be cleared in time. If he can’t go, Scott Tolzien would be the Colts’ quarterback, which will be a downgrade to the rest of the Colts’ offense. We’ll know more tomorrow.

Davis (ankle) was on the injury report heading into their Week 11 game with the Titans, and he should be considered questionable to play Pittsburgh this week. If he can’t go on Thursday, it would be a nice boost for Antonio Brown and the rest of the Steelers’ passing offense. The game already has a huge 54-point total, and with Pittsburgh only favored by three, this one could turn into a Thanksgiving shootout. We’re projecting him as the top receiver on the Monday-Thursday and Thanksgiving slates.

At best, Watkins (foot) will have a limited role considering he’s still on the IR. Coach Rex Ryan told the media that he hopes “he can play some” though. Ryan made sure to add that he wouldn’t play him if he isn’t ready. We’ll learn more later this week, the Bills will have to activate him off the IR for him to be eligible to suit up Sunday.

McCoy had surgery Sunday night to repair a disclocated thumb. When asked about his chances to play in Week 12, coach Rex Ryan said, “we’ll see how it goes.” McCoy was originally expected to suit up against the Jaguars, but he appears to be truly questionable. It simply depends on how he heals this week.
