PHI TE Zach Ertz activated off Covid-19 list
Ertz was placed on the COVID list earlier in the week, but was able to be activated and is expected to play on Monday Night against the Dallas Cowboys. Assuming he does play, he’ll take his role as the TE to split reps with Dallas Goedert.

Tevin Coleman has officially been ruled out for Sunday while Jamison Crowder has been listed as doubtful ahead of the Jets matchup with the Denver Broncos. Coleman had fallen down the running back depth chart to third so his absence shouldn’t be too impactful, a few more snaps for Michael Carter and Ty Johnson and maybe even La’Mical Perine. Crowder will likely miss his third straight game making Corey Davis and Elijah Moore the top receiving options for the Jets. Braxton Berrios who saw a team high 11 targets last week should see more snaps and it’s possible Denzel Mims (who is considered a game-time decision) will be active and see some snaps. This is a tough matchup for New York against a good Denver defense and if possible the Jets offense should be avoided in most formats.

Elijah Mitchell has officially been listed as doubtful and Trey Sermon has been cleared to play Sunday after going through the concussion protocol. Coach Shanahan stated that rarely players are upgraded from doubtful on Friday to available on Sunday but this could be an exception because of the time that the backup running backs have spent on the team. He is speaking about Trenton Cannon (signed last week), Kerryon Johnson (signed last week), and Jacques Patrick (signed this week). Trey Sermon will likely serve as the top running back if Mitchell is unable to go and will likely be one of the top value options on the showdown slate due to his expected workload. Right now it’s anybody’s guess as to how the rest of the 49ers backfield shakes out, it will be important to see who is elevated from the practice squad and active Sunday night.

Marquise Brown has officially been listed as questionable for Sunday when the Ravens are set to take on the Detroit Lions. It is likely Brown is able to suit up after logging a limited practice Friday but if he were unable to go Sammy Watkins, Mark Andrews and Devin Duvernay would likely all see more targets making them better plays against a weak Lions defense.
As reported by: Jamison HensleyBAL QB Lamar Jackson (illness) officially listed questionable but expected to play Sunday
Lamar Jackson has been officially listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Jackson has been battling an illness but he is expected to make a full recovery in time for the game against the Lions and he should be considered one of the top quarterbacks on the slate.

Dee Eskridge has been ruled out for Sunday when the Seahawks are set to take on the Minnesota Vikings, Eskridge was expected to play a minimal role and his absence should not be a factor. The Seattle passing attack should continue to run through DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.
As reported by: Curtis CrabtreeDET RB D'Andre Swift and WR Kalif Raymond listed questionable for Sunday
D’Andre Swift and Kalif Raymond have been listed questionable for Sunday when the Lions are set to take on the Baltimore Ravens. It is expected that Swift and Raymond will be able to suit up after logging limited practices the whole week but if they aren’t Jamaal Williams, Quintez Cephus, and Amon-Ra St. Brown could all see bumps. The biggest bump would be seen by Williams if Swift were unable to go, though this would be strictly due to volume as this is a tough matchup for the Lions against the Ravens defense.

Josh Jacobs is officially doubtful for Sunday when the Raiders are set to take on the Miami Dolphins. Jacobs missed last weeks contest against the Steelers and if he were to be held out again this Sunday Peyton Barber and Kenyan Drake should handle most of the backfield work . It was somewhat surprising to see Barber lead the backfield in carries with 13 to Drake’s 7 though Drake played a much bigger role in the passing game being targeted 6 times. We would expect a similar distribution on Sunday against the Dolphins if Jacobs were to be ruled out.
As reported by: Paul GutierrezPIT WR Diontae Johnson listed out for Sunday
Diontae Johnson has been listed out for Sunday when the Steelers are set to take on the Cincinnati Bengals. With Johnson out Chase Claypool and JuJu Smith-Schuster both become great plays as the top receiving options for Ben Roethlisberger in a good matchup. James Washington and Ray-Ray McCloud also receive a boost but are not nearly as good of plays as Claypool and JuJu.
As reported by: Ed BouchetteCHI WR Darnell Mooney and WR Marquise Goodwin listed questionable for Sunday
Darnell Mooney and Marquise Goodwin have both been listed questionable for Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. It seems like both will be able to play based on their practice status (Mooney limited, Goodwin full) but If either were to miss Allen Robinson would likely see a few more targets as Justin Fields’ primary target along with Damiere Byrd and possibly Breshad Perriman.
As reported by: Mary Kay Cabot Other tagged players: Marquise GoodwinLAR RB Darrell Henderson likely to be a game-time decision Sunday
Darrell Henderson likely to be a game-time decision Sunday when the Rams are set to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Henderson is dealing with a rib injury and has been unable to practice this week. If he were unable to go on Sunday the newly acquired Sony Michel would likely lead the backfield with Jake Funk working in as well. Although it should be a very tough matchup against the Bucs stout defense Michel would be worthy of consideration strictly due to the volume he would be expected to see.
As reported by: Kevin ModestiTEN TE Anthony Firkser ruled out for Sunday
Anthony Firkser has been ruled out for Sunday ahead of the Titans matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Firkser was a late scratch last week and is still dealing with his injury opening the door for more tight end snaps for Geoff Swaim and MyCole Pruitt with Tommy Hudson likely to see whatever is left over. No tight end is likely to see the bulk of the snaps so it is best to just stay away from this situation if possible. Last week Pruitt saw 3 targets and both Swaim and Hudson saw 2.
As reported by: Jim WyattIND QB Carson Wentz a game-time decision Sunday
Carson Wentz will be a game-time decision Sunday for the Colts matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Wentz was able to practice Friday leaving the door open for him to play Sunday. If he were unable to go, Jacob Eason or Brett Hundley would draw the start as both have been seeing snaps in practice and no decision has been made yet regarding which one would receive the nod. We will need to check in with this situation before kickoff as the Titans defense has been picked apart by the Cardinals and the Seahawks so far this season.
As reported by: Indianapolis ColtsNYG WR Kenny Golladay (hip) and TE Evan Engram (calf) are questionable for Sunday
Kenny Golladay and Evan Engram have been listed as questionable for Sunday when the Giants are set to take on the Atlanta Falcons. It looks as though Engram has a chance to make his return after being unable to suit up the last couple of weeks due to a calf injury. His return would push Kyle Rudolph and Kaden Smith down the depth chart as Engram would likely see most of the tight end snaps. Golladay who is dealing with a hip injury is questionable to play and if he was unable to go it would likely mean more targets for Sterling Shepard and Darius Slayton and more snaps for Kadarius Toney.
As reported by: Doug Kyed Other tagged players: Evan EngramMIN RB Dalvin Cook officially listed as questionable for Sunday
Dalvin Cook has officially been listed as questionable for Sunday after missing the full week of practice. Cook originally believed he would be good to go on Sunday and was just a little banged up but after missing three days of practice his status is in question. If Cook is unable to suit up Alexander Mattison would become the lead back and offer great value against a porous Seattle Seahawk run defense who was just torched by Derrick Henry last week.
