Nerlens Noel doubtful for Friday
Noel has missed the Sixers past two games and it looks like he’ll miss his third straight on Friday. Jerami Grant has been starting at PF with Noel out, and Grant provides nice upside relative to his price given his ability to block shots at a very high rate. He’s averaging nearly 2 blocks per game despite averaging just south of 27 minutes. Jahlil Okafor’s appeal also rises quite a bit with Noel out, as Okafor averages an extra two rebounds per game with Noel out of the lineup. Okafor remains a nice mid-range target at center tomorrow night against the Knicks.

Brooklyn Nets are ravaged by injuries currently
Wayne Ellington, Thomas Robinson, Sergey Karasev, and Shane Larkin all missed practice today. Larkin, who is likely out, is the most significant of the four and his absence most benefits Bogan Bogdanovich who played 39 minutes last game with Larkin out. With Ellington also in question, look for Donald Sloan to get more minutes as well.

Mo Williams questionable for tonight's game
The Cavaliers point guard is questionable for tonight’s game with an injured right thumb. If he is unable to go, Matthew Dellavedova will be an elite value option on this small three game slate. Dellavedova has already been seeing around 30 minutes as the starter, but Williams presence off the bench does still eat into his production. Especially given the limited number of games tonight, Dellavedova would be playable in all formats if Williams were to sit. Jared Cunningham would likely act as the backup PG with J.R. Smith seeing big minutes at SG with Iman Shumpert already ruled out.

Iman Shumpert’s return was short-lived as he suffered a groin injury and is out for tonight’s game and will be questionable with no time table moving forward. J.R. Smith should go back to receiving the 35 or so minutes a game he was playing before Shumpert came back. Jared Cunningham will also likely see a bump in playing time (he saw just one minute vs. Boston after playing at least 23 in the previous three games), especially with Mo Williams’ status in doubt.

Tyson Chandler returns to the starting lineup tonight against the Warriors. The news came late so it will be tough to late-swap him into one of your lineups on DK. Not like Chandler is much of a DFS option anyways, he provides defensive stats and rebounds. Look for Chandler to get pulled if the Warriors decide to go small.

Giannis Antetokounmpo to come off the bench Wednesday
Giannis Antetokounmpo will be coming off the bench tonight against the Clippers. His DFS value does take a significant hit if he is not able to get the minutes he usually does. The Bucks had to change the lineup with Monroe out with a knee injury. The Clippers bench will try to slow Antetokounmpo down, but if it is a close game, expect Antetokounmpo in at crunch time.

The Bucks will be changing their starting lineup against after getting blown out by the Lakers last night. Michael Carter-Williams will start at PG and Miles Plumlee will replace the injured Greg Monroe. MCW is a solid choice but the late news likely leave it difficult to maneuver with his $5,900 salary.

The Pelicans will put Omer Asik back into the starting lineup against the Jazz. Asik is not a DFS option, so there really is no point of late swapping him in. The Pelicans play an uptempo game, so it is likely that Ryan Anderson will finish out the game with Anthony Davis at C.

The Jazz have made a lineup change and brought Jeff Withey to start at center. Derrick Favors will slide over to PF and guard Anthony Davis. Alec Burks has also been reinstated to the starting lineup and Raul Neto will come off the bench. Withey is not a great DFS option but could make for a great punt with his minimum salary. Look for Favors production to take a hit guarding Anthony Davis.

Kris Humphries returns to the starting lineup tonight against the Spurs. It is tough to recommend Humphries but it is hump day and he could be a good play. Statistically speaking the Spurs do not give up much to PF’s and he will likely have to matchup with David West to start the game.

The Wizards will make a change to their starting lineup after getting blown out by the Grizzlies. They will be inserting Gary Neal into the starting lineup and move Garrett Temple back to the bench. Gary Neal was on fire against the Grizzlies and can likely carry that hot hand tonight against the Spurs, his former team.
Tony Allen out again tonight
Tony Allen will be out again with a sore knee and the Grizzlies will go with the same starting lineup. Conley and Lee will start in the backcourt with Barnes, Green, and Gasol in the frontcourt. Look for Barnes and Green to keep getting a ton of run with Marc Gasol fighting his brother tonight.

The Mavs will go with the lineup that has been working for them and plug Raymond Felton in as the starter. This brings Chandler Parsons off the bench for his usual limited minutes. Felton is a solid option against Monta Ellis, even though his price has elevated recently. Look for the Mavs and Pacers to play in an uptempo high scoring game, providing a ton of fantasy points to go around.

The Wolves had to change their lineup with Kevin Martin and Kevin Garnett missing and went with Wiggins and Rubio in the backcourt. Prince and Dieng will be used to slow down New York’s elite players while Karl Anthony-Towns gets to face off with Brook Lopez. This is a homecoming game for KAT, so look for him to play his best after a subpar game by his standards.

David West will be in the starting lineup tonight for the Spurs. His $3,800 salary makes for a legit punt option against a depleted Wizards front line. Look for West and Boris Diaw to split the minutes with LaMarcus Aldrige the main beneficiary. Kawhi Leonard also gets a bump in value with Duncan out.
