Tevin Coleman officially inactive Sunday
Devonta Freeman will lead the Falcons backfield again this week. He gets an Eagles defense that ranks 11th in rush DVOA and 25th in DVOA against receiving running backs, according to Football Outsiders. He should get plenty of volume on the ground and through the air, making him a solid fantasy option today.

Eddie Royal officially active Sunday
Royal (toe) has missed the past two games, but he’s all set to play the Buccaneers today. He’ll have a nice matchup in the slot with Jude Adjei-Barimah, who has a 52.3 grade from Pro Football Focus. Still, he’ll have a low floor, especially considering Alshon Jeffery is facing Vernon Hargreaves on the outside. Hargreaves has an abysmal 37.6 PFF grade, the lowest among starting corners in the NFL. Jeffery should soak up a ton of targets from Jay Cutler this afternoon.

Starks (knee) is going to be limited today, so he doesn’t hold fantasy value. It’s a downgrade for Ty Montgomery, as Starks will cut into his workload. Green Bay will likely remain pass heavy today. Jordy Nelson has the best matchup among their receivers, he’ll face Perrish Cox most of the day. Cox has a very poor 43.2 PFF grade, and he’s allowing 0.37 fantasy points per route run, the 11th most in the league.

Rob Kelley will be the lead back against the Vikings today with Chris Thompson coming in for passing down work. Kelley rushed 21 times for 87 yards and a touchdown against the Bengals last game. He’ll have a tough time putting up the same production against a much better Minnesota defense, but he’s worth a look in tournaments based on expected volume.

Houston will only have three wide receivers available today, DeAndre Hopkins, Braxton Miller, and Keith Mumphery. Hopkins and Miller have tournament appeal, but both have tough matchups. Hopkins will be shadowed by Jalen Ramsey and Miller will likely be followed by Prince Amukamara (he was going to shadow Fuller). Still, will Jaelen Strong also out, those two should see a ton of targets today against Jacksonville.

As expected, David Johnson checks in with the highest rushing prop at 110.5 yards. The other name that has popped up often this week is Darren Sproles. Vegas has Sproles’ combined rushing and receiving yards at 82.5. There are also some interesting WR props. The usual names appear up top (Julio Jones and Mike Evans) but Vegas likes the Denver WRs quite a bit with Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas each projected over 70 yards. Dion Lewis may not be active versus Seattle
The Patriots activated RB Dion Lewis from the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Saturday but his status for Sunday’s game is still up in the air. It may have just been “Coach speak” but Bill Belichick said that Lewis is still far behind James White for the passing-down RB. Since the Patriots don’t play until 8:30ET on Sunday we won’t know whether Lewis will be active or not prior to lock time for the Main Slate. Lewis is likely to have an important role at some point but the prudent thing to do here is take a wait and see approach.

Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, DeSean Jackson will not play this week and could potentially miss next week too. In Jackson’s absence the Redskins will need to lean on Jordan Reed, Jamison Crowder, and Pierre Garcon. They’ll face their first big test today against a Vikings defense that ranks fourth against the pass using Football Outsiders DVOA. Things aren’t as bleak as they initially appear though. The Vikings will be without slot CB Captain Munnerlyn. That’s a definite upgrade for Crowder who has over 100 receiving yards in each of his last two games

Fuller is looking doubtful for Week 10. Ian Rapoport is reporting that the Texans “are not optimistic” he can play. Jaelen Strong is already out, and if Fuller sits, Houston will only have three wide receivers active. They would use DeAndre Hopkins, Braxton Miller, and Keith Mumphery in three-wide sets. Both of their tight ends, C.J. Fiedorowicz and Ryan Griffin, will be involved today as well. It’s not a great time to target the Houston offense in general though. There has been some reverse line movement in favor of Jacksonville, the spread went from a pick’em to Jaguars favored by 2.5 points, despite 65% of public betting on Texans. The game already had a low total of 41.5 points. If anything, DeAndre Hopkins and Braxton Miller would both be tournament options if Fuller sits, based on expected volume. They both have tough individual matchups; Hopkins will be shadowed by Jalen Ramsey (71.8 PFF grade) and Miller would likely be shadowed by Prince Amukamara (81.8 PFF grade) as he was expected to follow Fuller.

Hurns (concussion) has been cleared to play Sunday against the Texans. It’s not a great spot to target him though, Houston ranks 7th in pass DVOA and 4th against number two wide receivers in particular. Plus, the game has a low total of 41.5 points, so there isn’t a lot of scoring expected.

Michael (hamstring) was a late addition to the injury report this week, but he’s going to be active today. There has been talk all week from the Seahawks’ camp that C.J. Prosise will pick up “a lot” of work today, which cuts into Michael’s fantasy value. Seattle is expected to go pass-heavy against the Patriots in a game where they’re 7.5-point underdogs. Prosise is their passing down back, so this move makes sense. Prosise will have tournament appeal on full PPR sites, but it’ll be hard to trust Michael to produce in this spot.

Gurley (thigh) sat out practice earlier in the week, but got back on the field Friday. He’s all set to take on the Jets, who boast the second best rush defense in terms of DVOA. Gurley hasn’t been efficient this year, averaging just 3.1 yards per carry. It isn’t all his fault, he’s running behind a poor offensive line that ranks 24th in adjusted line yards per carry (3.65), according to Football Outsiders. Either way, the Jets’ defensive front should be able to contain Gurley today.

Hyde (shoulder) will play for the first time since Week 6. Given his type of injury, he’s a bit risky to play today. He also has to deal with the tough Arizona rush defense. Adam Schefter is reporting that the 49ers will “have a role carved out” for DuJuan Harris, which means Hyde may lose some snaps Sunday. The last time San Francisco played Arizona, Hyde picked up six receptions. It seems like they’ll implement a similar game plan today. If Harris comes in for passing down work, Hyde will lose that floor. He isn’t a great fantasy option in a tough matchup if he’s not getting his normal volume of touches.

The Jets have finally decided to move on from starting QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Today they’ll look to get second-year QB Bryce Petty a chance to prove himself. In the preseason, Petty 32/56 for 481 yards, three TDs and one INT. He also took six sacks on 63 drop backs. He’ll face a Rams defense that ranks 15th against the pass using Football Outsiders DVOA. With Petty at the helm this should be a slight downgrade for WR Brandon Marshall along with the rest of the Jets offense. IOn the opposite side, the Rams defense definitely deserves some consideration.

San Diego Chargers' DST worth consideration in all formats
The Chargers enter Sunday as 4.5-point home favorites over the Dolphins. A game total of 48 implies Miami will score 21.75 points, which isn’t bad in a week like this one that features several high over/unders. They’re one of the worst teams in pass protection, ranking 29th in Football Outsiders’ adjusted sack rate metric. Even better, they turn the ball over the tenth-most, at a rate of 0.136 turnovers per drive. San Diego’s defense is forcing turnovers at the fourth highest rate (0.156 per drive), and they’ve averaged 2.0 turnovers per game this season. Their biggest problem will be stopping Jay Ajayi, who has averaged 176.3 rushing yards over the past three games. Currently, they rank 19th in rush DVOA and 5th in pass DVOA. San Diego’s defensive line isn’t terrible though, ranking 15th in adjusted line yards per carry (3.88). If they can manage to stuff Ajayi, or take a lead early, and force the Dolphins to pass, they’re in for a big day. Miami’s top three receivers are all a bit banged up, which will make it even tougher on Ryan Tannehill to be productive through the air. In terms of fantasy points, San Diego’s DST has scored in the double-digits for three of their past four games. They should continue to roll in Week 10.
