Malcom Floyd probable for Sunday
After missing the last three weeks, it looks like Malcom Floyd will suit up this Sunday in a good matchup vs. the Jaguars. While Floyd isn’t necessarily a DFS target, in fact he’s not even available on FanDuel, it slightly hurts the value of fellow receivers Stevie Johnson and Dontrelle Inman. He is averaging close to 5 targets a game, but the majority of those games featured Keenan Allen who is out for the year with a lacerated kidney. He should see close to 7 or 8 targets, however that is taking away 7 or 8 targets to their other receivers. The return of Floyd really hurts the value of Inman, as Floyd should retake his WR2 spot for the Bolts, but Stevie Johnson is still a viable option against a subpar Jaguars defense considering his price.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins doubtful for Sunday
Austin Seferian-Jenkins will likely miss his 9th straight game this week vs. the Indianapolis Colts. He is getting closer to suiting up, but until then we will likely still see a lot of Jameis Winston to Mike Evans targets, and to a lesser extent Vincent Jackson is the only other Buccaneers pass-catcher even worth looking at. However Mike Evans will draw a tough matchup this week as he will likely be shadowed by Vontae Davis as long as he is active (he left last week’s game with a hamstring injury) but could be a contrarian GPP play due to his heavy workload. Doug Martin is still squarely in play against a below average Colts run defense and Jameis Winston seems to be coming on strong, but beyond that we’re not sure there are any other Bucs players worth targeting this week.

Amendola will not be available on Sunday night in their matchup vs. the Broncos. He was reportedly close to playing this week, but the injury must be a little worse than people expected as the Patriots are already without fellow WR Julian Edelman. This leaves the WR core pretty open as Brandon LaFell will likely be on the field for the majority of the snaps along with potentially a heavy workload for Keshawn Martin (on the probable side of questionable) and Chris Harper. The Patriots have a tough matchup this week vs. the Broncos but the WRs of the Patriots still may be GPP punts considering their success through the air and the lack of depth. However you are likely better served to target Tom Brady or Rob Gronkowski if you really want a piece of the Patriots offense this week.

Carlos Hyde will not play Sunday against Arizona. This opens up another start for Shaun Draughn, who has had a few solid performances with Hyde on the shelf. He’s a nice target on DraftKings with full-point PPR scoring, as he’s been seeing a high target count over the last two weeks. He may have trouble finding running room against the Cardinals, but should contribute in the passing game. He’s been praised by San Francisco’s offensive coordinator and offers a solid pivot off of more popular RB plays in tournaments.

Danny Amendola, Keshawn Martin both questionable
Amendola and Martin are questionable to play against the Broncos on Sunday. Even if Amendola does suit up, he’ll likely spend time against shutdown corner Chris Harris, and will of course be at a higher risk of dealing with an in-game injury. He’s not playable in cash games due to the injury concern and tough matchup. Martin won’t have much of a ceiling in this matchup either, as the entire Broncos secondary is above average. They aren’t a team that’s worth targeting with opposing passing games, but Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are still very much in play.

West hasn’t practiced all week and it’s looking more like Spencer Ware will end up drawing the start on Sunday. If that comes to fruition, Ware is a very solid GPP target who will come at a lower ownership percentage to other popular punt plays like Thomas Rawls and Javorius Allen. Kelce isn’t a strong target this week even if he suits up, as he has the worst possible matchup for a TE. The Bills took Rob Gronkowski out of play for New England and while Rex Ryan won’t likely shift nearly as much defensive attention toward stopping Kelce, it’s still a very poor spot for him.

King Dunlap is listed as doubtful, with D.J. Fluker already ruled out. This is not only bad news for Philip Rivers, who was constantly under pressure before these injuries, but it also may mean more blocking duties for Antonio Gates. Despite a plus matchup with the Jaguars secondary, it’s hard to recommend Rivers as a potential cash game play. Danny Woohead may be the one player to benefit from this news, as it likely means more short, quick passes from Rivers.

He was listed as questionable after missing Friday’s practice, but that was apparently done for the sake of keeping him fresh for Sunday. Landry benefits from Darrelle Revis’ absence, and is a fine play this week on full-point PPR sites. He’s still among the league leaders in percentage of workload and red-zone percentage of workload, giving him a nice ceiling in tournaments.

Both John Brown and Michael Floyd went through Friday’s practice and should be good to go against the 49ers. While Larry Fitzgerald (who will be lined up against Jimmie Ward) has the best matchup in the secondary, the 49ers have still been friendly to outside WRs as well, making both Brown and Floyd viable GPP targets. Before missing last week’s game, Floyd had been on a tear of late, much of which came when Brown was dealing with hamstring issues. Both appear to be healthy enough for game action.

One of the big reasons Blake Bortles has been so valuable this year is that he’s frequently eating up the red-zone touchdowns in Jacksonville. For as much work as Yeldon has seen, it’s strange that he’s only found the end-zone once on the ground all year. The touchdown numbers will start to come (barring the Jaguars inexplicably giving Denard Robinson goal-line touches) and that could begin this week against the league’s friendliest matchup for RBs. The Chargers have allowed the most FPs to opposing RBs through 11 weeks and Yeldon should be a big part of the Jaguars game plan. Allen Robinson will most likely see a lot of Jason Verrett (one of the league’s best shadow corners) and Allen Hurns’ matchup, while better, is still not ideal either. Expect around 20 touches for Yeldon, giving him a high ceiling relative to his $6,500 price tag. Both Thomas Rawls and Javorius Allen were more popular plays in Thursday contests, and it’s definitely worth considering swapping Rawls shares for more of Yeldon, who is in a much better spot this week (Pittsburgh, Rawls’ opponent, has allowed the fewest FPs to RBs).
Case Keenum hasn't cleared concussion protocol, plan is for Foles to start
Jeff Fisher says QB Case Keenum hasn’t yet cleared concussion protocol and the plan for now is to start Nick Foles, but they’ll see how Keenum feels Saturday. Regardless of how this turns out, neither Rams QB is playable in any format. Todd Gurley is in a fairly tough spot this week and isn’t a recommended cash game target, although his usage keeps him in play for tournaments. Tavon Austin is also an option in large-field GPPs.

West missed his third straight practice on Friday and is looking more and more likely to sit out on Sunday against the Bills. Assuming he’s unable to go, Spencer Ware will draw the start and would become a solid $/point target across the industry. While Thomas Rawls and Javorius Allen are also fine plays, Ware may be the least popular of the three. Rawls’ matchup with a very stingy Pittsburgh run defense may make swapping some Rawls shares for Ware a viable move. The Bills haven’t been particularly tough on RBs in recent weeks.

It’s a little surprising to see Landry with a questionable tag given that there’s been no real indication that he may miss the game. Landry didn’t practice Wednesday and returned for a limited practice yesterday. Landry’s value climbs with Darrelle Revis out of action, so assuming Landry is good to go on Sunday, he’s a really nice play on full-point PPR sites. Rishard Matthews and Kenny Stills would benefit if Landry isn’t able to play.

A tough match up against the New York Jets for the Dolphins just got a little easier as Revis has been ruled out for this weekends game. This is great news for Jarvis Landry who was shadowed at times by Revis in their first meeting. Tannehill, Landry, and Rishard Matthews could all be sneaky GPP plays as a result with Landry the preferred option of the three.

Matt Bryant out, Shayne Graham to kick for Falcons on Sunday
The Falcons signed Shayne Graham as an insurance policy for the just injured Matt Bryant and it will be Graham doing the kicking this Sunday as Bryant has been ruled out. On sites with kickers, Graham could be a good value play as the Falcons might struggle to punch the ball into the end zone without their primary red zone back, Devonta Freeman.
