Last 14 Days: wOBA: 0.336 (Rank: 8) — Strikeout Rate: 22.8% (Rank: 21)
Pitches per PA: 3.79 (Rank: 19)
Analysis: Jimenez has not been as sharp as he was earlier in the season, posting a 4.52 SIERA with a strikeout rate of 17.1% over the last month of play. While he does get to pitch in a National League ballpark tonight, this isn’t the most ideal matchup on the board. The Nationals are ranked eighth in team wOBA over the last two weeks of play and are listed as sizable favorites tonight at home.
Pitcher Rating: 57.3
Gio Gonzalez : FD: $9,600 — DK: $9,600

Last 14 Days: wOBA: 0.332 (Rank: 10) — Strikeout Rate: 22.6% (Rank: 20)
Pitches per PA: 3.82 (Rank: 17)
Analysis: Gonzalez has been in good form recently, posting a 3.52 SIERA with a strikeout rate of 28.3% over the last month of play. He draws a favorable matchup against the Orioles, who have been surprisingly awful against left-handed pitching this season. They are ranked 25th in team wOBA and 28th in strikeout rate on the season. On a short slate, Gonzalez is a viable SP2 on multi-pitcher sites.
Pitcher Rating: 74.8

Baltimore
The Orioles draw a tough matchup tonight against Gio Gonzalez, who has held both left and right-handed hitters under a .310 wOBA over the last two seasons. The right-handed hitters have the edge over the left-handers in this lineup, but the Orioles are secondary options at best tonight.

Last 14 Days: wOBA: 0.344 (Rank: 2) — Strikeout Rate: 19.8% (Rank: 8)
Pitches per PA: 3.85 (Rank: 10)
Analysis: Severino is coming off of strong outing against the Rays, striking out seven batter while only allowing a single earned run. He has had a terrific rookie season, posting a 3.84 SIERA with a 24.2% strikeout rate. The issue tonight is his matchup. Not only does he have to face a Blue Jays’ offense that score six runs against him in their last meeting, but he has to face them in the hitter-friendly Rogers Centre. Severino is an underdog on the road and he can safely be avoided in all league formats.
Pitcher Rating: 61.2
Marco Estrada : FD: $8,900 — DK: $7,700
Pitching Stats:

Last 14 Days: wOBA: 0.294 (Rank: 27) — Strikeout Rate: 20.8% (Rank: 14)
Pitches per PA: 3.91 (Rank: 3)
Analysis: Estrada may have a 2.95 ERA over the last month of play, but his indicators tell another story. During that stretch, he has a 5.13 SIERA with a strikeout rate of only 15.6%. He draws a difficult matchup tonight against the Yankees, who are ranked seventh in team wOBA and 13th in strikeout rate against right-handed pitching this season. Estrada is a fly-ball pitcher that gives up a lot of home runs. That’s not what we are looking for from a pitcher playing in the Rogers Centre.
Pitcher Rating: 54.7

Toronto
The Blue Jays scored six runs in just over four innings of action against Luis Severino in their last meeting. Analysis: Quintana has been in good form over the last month, posting a 3.34 SIERA with a strikeout rate of 23.3%. Unfortunately, his price has come up across the industry. Throw in a matchup against the Tigers, who are ranked second in team wOBA against left-handed pitching this season, and Quintana is an easy pitcher to avoid tonight. He draws a tough matchup tonight against the Mets, who have been a completely different team offensively in recent weeks. Wisler should be avoided in all league formats tonight.

Analysis: Verrtt has pitched well over the last month of play, posting a 3.09 SIERA with a strikeout rate of 25.5%. He is in a great spot tonight against the Braves, but there is some concern about how deep he will be able to pitch into this game. He has only thrown more than 63 pitches one time in his major league career. He should put himself in line for the win if he can last five innings, but that’s about as high as his ceiling goes tonight.

The Mets are one of the top offenses to target tonight, as they square off against Matt Wisler at home. The best part is that they will get overlooked by the masses thanks to the fact that there is a game in both Coors Field and the Rogers Centre. Last 14 Days: wOBA: 0.310 (Rank: 23) — Strikeout Rate: 19.4% (Rank: 6)
Pitches per PA: 3.72 (Rank: 29)
Analysis: Harang has not been sharp in his recent outings, posting a 5.29 SIERA with a low strikeout rate of 14.4%. The good news is that he faces a Marlins’ offense that is ranked dead last in team wOBA against right-handed pitching this season. The bad news is that he Harangatang bandwagon appears to be out of gas. The engine has also quit on us and all four tires are flat.

Tom Koehler : FD: $7,500 — DK: $8,100

Philadelphia Phillies Offense (2015)
vs. RH Pitching: wOBA: 0.294 (Rank: 29) — Strikeout Rate: 20.7% (Rank: 18)
Last 14 Days: wOBA: 0.251 (Rank: 30) — Strikeout Rate: 27.5% (Rank: 29)
Pitches per PA: 3.74 (Rank: 27)
Analysis: Koehler has been in Koehler-esque form recently, posting a 4.53 SIERA with a strikeout rate of 20.7% over the last month of play. He draws a favorable matchup tonight against the Phillies, who are ranked 30th in team wOBA and 29th in strikeout rate against right-handed pitching this season. The problem here is his salary. If he was priced in the $6,000 range, he would be a viable option tonight, but he’s a bit too expensive for what he brings to the table.
Pitcher Rating: 66.8

Philadelphia
The Phillies draw a mediocre matchup tonight against Tom Koehler, who has held left-handed hitters to a .301 wOBA over the last two seasons. Andres Blanco is a nice punt option on DraftKings ($2,300), but the rest of the Phillies can be avoided.

Miami
The Marlins may not have the most potent offense in baseball, but they draw a nice matchup tonight against Aaron Harang, who has given up a .320+ wOBA to both left and right-handed hitters over the last two seasons. There aren’t any must-plays in this lineup, but Dee Gordon, Christian Yelich, and Justin Bour all deserve a look.
